Born in the UK, but spent many years abroad, firstly as an officer in the Royal Navy then as a teacher in Japan.
Author (with Guy Dudeney) of 'Rituals of the Damned', 'A Plausible Rogue' and 'Corrupted Innocents' - together they form the 'Stuffed in Africa' trilogy of novels.
Completed the screenplays 'Lord Owen's Lady' in April 2010, 'Hell is Other People' in February 2011 and 'The Virgin's Demon' in July 2011. Now writing the screenplays, 'Merlin's Paradox' and 'Love at the Core'
