About Neil
Reciprocal is comprised of a team of differently skilled professionals. Yearning to venture out into the realm of the ‘self-made man’ pushed each member of the team onto the path to forming this business. In what turned out to be a fateful turn of events the team found itself collaborating out of need and camaraderie. Their various skills seemingly melding together and making up for another’s failings. Considering how well the first collaborations went it was only logical to combine their various skills under one roof. A completely flat management system enables them to work together without butting heads (too much). Furthermore this creates a very real spirit of product ownership that is both efficient as well as empowering.
Reciprocal is now offering a comprehensive range of services that play to the strengths of our team. The inherent flexibility that this offers us is one of the most powerful tools we have at our disposition.

Film (Short, Drama, Horror and Mystery) Visual effects Inspired by Shakespeare's Hamlet, set in the old city of Valletta, Malta; this is a short film that explores dark, liquefied decrepitude. A sailor's son is damned to row a rotting boat back and forth across a hemmed harbour. Numbed by ineptitude yet spurred by guilt and expectations, tormented by the enseamed union between overbearing mother and weaselly uncle, the boy spirals down a foredoomed path. Written by Anonymous
