About Allison

My first stint with singing and songwriting, came a few years ago, when I was involved with National Calypso competition with a song entitiled Caribbean Woman. The second song was Dancing in the Sunset, at yet another Nationals competition again. Since then I have not stopped writing and composing. It feels so easy now to write a song but it is very relaxing at times and fun too. Written about 130 songs for the last three years, and I plan to mix and master all of them at some time, but it is costly, so it is a slow process. I plan to produce an ep at some time and a few albums as well. Still working on my songs, as I practice them most times.

Unique traits: Interested in philately, reading, innovative ideas for a book for children, a collectors edition of unique traits of Barbados, working on creating activity books, posters, puzzles, as well as trying to manufacture food ideas such as confectionary and a whole myriad of other food products... still in the early stages, but I have the ideas written . Makes jewelry from semiprecious stones and silver... was a finalist in the Nationals , on two consecutive occasions, and would like to be a gemologist, and to make my own jewelry at a professional level of setting stones, laser welding, etc.
