Jonathan Whitney

Jonathan has been writing since childhood. He is trained as a comedic improv performer and is a professional lighting designer who enjoys creating stories in multiples genres.

His features include “Lofty Silver Clouds” and “Galaxy Bittersweet.” His three produced shorts are “Guadalupe's Rose”, “Rare Acquisitions” and “Infinite Simulations”. He has also completed a one hour pilot “The Spittsville Revelation” and a half hour pilot: “Two Eagles”.

His treatments include “The Spindlehedge”, “Steady as She Goes”, “Agruna Celestana Rai”, and “Evergreen.” Jonathan recently authored several short stage plays, “I Saw You” and “Emily in the Room”. He is currently writing stories in the children's literature and spoken word formats and is active in critique groups and low budget crews.
