Michelle Foster is a writer, editor and artist. She graduated with a first class BA (Hons) in Writing from Anglia Ruskin University, Cambridge.
She was the founding editor of Inclement Poetry Magazine which ran from 2000-2013. She has written scripts and training materials for corporate clients and her essays have been used for the Open University 'taster' packs.
Her short story, ‘The Willow' was shortlisted for the Myslexia Women's Short Fiction Prize 2012 and was published online with The View From Here Literary Magazine. Her story, ‘Mysterious Hymns’ was published online with Female First. Her work has been published in Neon Highways, Still, Iota, Exile, First Impressions, Poetic Licence, Breathe, Candelabrum and Amber Silhouettes. She is currently working on her second novel.
She enjoys the phrase ‘crusty jugglers’ and is often mistaken for Beyoncé by absolutely no-one. She has a long-running grudge match with an errant squirrel. It knows what it did.
