Shane O'Connor

Shane is a PPI award-winning radio producer and broadcast journalist who has worked in both the UK and Ireland. He has worked as a broadcast journalist with BBC Radio 5Live working on their flagship World News & Current Affairs Show as well as the Stephen Nolan Show and Phil Williams Show. Shane has worked as a freelance producer and radio consultant with a number of Irish radio stations including Newstalk 106fm, RTE 2fm, Radio Kerry and REDfm. Shane is a former manager and trainer with Radio Kerry Training where he oversaw his students win an International City & Guilds Award and two PPI Radio Awards in one year. Shane is an award-winning and well-respected radio producer, documentary maker and storyteller who has many years of experience working in radio and online digital media.
