About Ophir

I grew up in Nassau, Bahamas and started acting from an early age which led me to participating in local plays and short films. My first short film was "Jasmines" which won Best Film at my local college-College of the Bahamas Film Festival. Studied Theatre Arts at University of Nevada, Las Vegas (2012-2013), where I won Best Supporting Actress for ULV 48 Hour Film Competition. Starred in a Bahamian short film "The Admirer" which was showcased at The Island House Film Festival. Went on to being DP for "D.I.B.S which was showcased at Widecreen Film & Music Festival. Co-directed a short film"ATM" which won best short film at The Bahamas Film Festival: 48 Hours Film Competition. Currently the editor for a local inspirational tv show, Encouraging Words w/ Renae.
