Producer, writer-director currently based in Vancouver. Passionate about creating and working on fiction projects. Founder of Do Rio Filmes, a small boutique production company, in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil where I executed different roles while developing new concepts. I’m an experienced writer-director on different projects such as documentaries, tv pilots, doc series, shorts, presidential campaigns, web series, commercials, and others.


Director, writer and producer of the documentary "Rio Doce: stories of a tragedy", awarded at the 2018 Docs Without Borders Festival, and licensed to the tv channels GNT, Futura and TV Senado from Brasil, also available at VOD on NET NOW. Also in 2018 Directed and wrote the short film SOPRO, winner of the LA Edge Film Awards, International Cult Film Festival de Calcutta, Indie Best Films Festival e LA Awards. Diretor of the short doc "Filhos do som" 2018 selected for the International Sound & Film Music Festival (ISFMF). As a screenwriter has done a doc series entitled + Brasileiros, for the + Globosat tv channel. Owner of the production company Do Rio Filmes, based in Rio de Janeiro, where it has developed a wide range of internet commercials, web series, political campaign, corporate videos and projects to other production companies as well. Began in the business as an actor doing films and theater plays. Studied with Dominique the Fazio, former Actor Studio member on the PPA in Rome, Munique and Hamburg. Directed and wrote for the theater, before entering the movie business. Graduated in Philosophy at the University PUC- RJ and studied at FGV on the extension program Film and Television business: for executive producers. Has studied on several seminars such as "Stories" by famous script guru Robert Mackee and "Tv Series taken Seriously" by showrunner William Rabkin.
