About Mindy

I grew up in Kansas. My family moved every few years, trying to find better opportunities. Eventually, better opportunity landed us in Colorado. This is where we have felt most at home. I started my own family and career here. My strong desire to learn always drew me to medicine. I got a degree as a medical assistant. After 15 years of experience, I advanced into medical office management, where I am maintaining my finances. But this doesn't quite satisfy my desire for creative outlets. My other great passion has been photography. I got my first camera in fifth grade, and I have been snapping pics ever since. A few years ago, I decided to buckle down and put some real energy into improving my photography skills. I have loved every second of meeting new people and capturing the beauty of humanity. However, it has grown my hunger for creative work. I was drawn into film production. I am dabbling in writing stories and learning bass guitar and music composition. I hope to have work that shows the beauty of diversity and compassion for others.
