Protagonist: Seventeen year old run-a-way.
She has moral conviction, won't steal anything of value, just stuff she really doesn't need.
She's a girl who's figured out life, knows what she wants, knows where she's going, who's easily led.
She'd like to be honorable, respectable, but doesn't want people to think that of her.
She's her own person but she's never actually done anything on her own.
First Act: - Set Up
With the help of a mysterious woman a congresswoman's daughter about to be institutionalized runs off to the small town of Meadow Creek Falls.
Second Act:
As destiny realigns itself life unravels as she's thrown into a world of fashionable school girl witchlings.
Third Act:
Her old world comes for her. Small town girls, girls she thought beneath her, with a touch of mystical witchcraft and an imposing candlelight procession, come to her rescue.
Antagonist:
The Witchlings of Meadow Creek Falls... The mysterious woman.
Character Arc:
She learns the importance of being nice to people, if it lets there guard down, so be it.
Sardonic humor cloaked in a charming beguiling story, enchanted with witchlings... Developed scenes, NOT a Frivolous Teen Movie... Would you be interested in taking a look.

The script would work as a T.V. Pilot. One mother, a Washington insider, the other, a small town guidance councilor. Numerous story lines to draw on. Washington Christmas vs Small town Christmas. Kind of like, the Gilmore girl, has another mother in Washington.
