My name is Andy Alejandro Estrada. I have been in love with story telling my entire life. When I'm not putting it to paper, I'm zoning out in the middle of a conversation. Or acting oddly, breaking down where my present social experience is fitting into my overall narrative.
I've made the mistake of not appreciating the gift of my citizenship. I've personally seen the bizarro version of life while working in the lime fields of Mexico. I was fifteen going head-to-head work-wise against a ten year old Pepe. Who's ponly crime was not being academically inclined in a third world country. Coming up short because of a spoiled American upbringing, or the lack shits given. The rest of the rag-tag group of potential psychopaths still accepted me.
Since then I’ve moved back to the states. I Worked in iron work (large building construction). Meeting a wide array of personaIities from illegal immigrant coke heads to white supremiscist who called inanimate objects they hated the N-word. I then attended the Arts Institute of Portland for two semesters while becoming addicted to Marijuana.
I am married now, with two sons and this curse/dream of writing films. I hope you like what my imagination has to offer.
