About Michael

Michael writes incredibly fast.
He’s great at merging genres and cobbling wild ideas into cohesive structures with grounded heart and humor.

He final’d in three ScreenCraft competitions, then won one with his sometimes-creative-partner & always-wife, Elisabeth, which has lead to development meetings with Bad Robot.

His first book, a horror/monster story called CHILDREN OF THE STORM, has just been released on Archway Publishing and Amazon.

He directed an award-winning, ultra-micro budget sci-fi mystery film, ALIEN THEORY, now on Amazon. It was Severance well before Severance, only joyful.

He created an upcoming, immersive comedy podcast called FIRE POCKETS about an accident-prone man who wants to make friends and reverse a mysterious apocalypse, but is alarmingly, ridiculously bad at making friends and reversing apocalypses.

More books, feature scripts, and short films are in the pipeline.
