Cyndi Mayo is a locally known actress, singer, and dancer. Her most recent appearances were in "Hereafter" (director Clinton Eastwood), "One Kine Day", The Descendants (starring George Clooney), the series "Last Resort", and a new print Ad for "Aulani" Disney Resort. As a local girl raised on Oahu and Maui, she began performing at the early age of 10 with her family and since then has pursued a successful career in all aspects of the entertainment industry. She has performed in many local Broadway shows (highlighting a tour of "Dreamgirls" with Jennifer Holliday), Island Rumours Band with Mick Fleetwood, Legends in Concert as "Janet Jackson", and in the award winning "Ulalena" as a lead Vocalist. Cyndi has been in numerous local commercials, a local sitcom (The Hula Mooners), local musicals and stage plays, bands, and Waikiki shows. She has also been a Host on MauiToday.TV, Maui Milepost, HawaiionTV, and a co-anchor on MauiTVNews. Cyndi dabbled in directing and choreographing and produced and acted in a children's show called "The Peekabows". Cyndi not only has talent but brains too! She has a BBA degree in Travel Industry Management from the University of Hawaii and is currently working as a Flight Attendant at Hawaiian Airlines. She's a blend of Hawaiian, Filipino, Spanish, Chinese, English, Irish, French, and more. Cyndi is one of Hawaii's triple threats as a singer, dancer, and actress.
