Peter Váradi

Hi everyone!

My name is Peter Váradi. I am a beginning screenwriter and director. I absolutely love exploring film art and making movies. Well, I think short films are a better way of expression.

But let´s start from the beginning.

In 2001 one boy was born in a little country, Slovakia. When he was five he wanted to be batman. One year later, he wanted to be a politician (don´t kill him). Then he moved his interests to economics. I´m gonna tell you the truth: He didn´t know what he wants to be.. He decides to go to gymnasium.

He found his interest: watching films! Yes, that´s right. But he can´t work as ,,a filmwatcher.“ But...how about making them...?
As he started to study and dig deeper in the world of filmmaking he said he definitely knew what he wanted to be.

That was one year ago. From then, he wrote two screenplays and managed to film one short movie.
