Detail-oriented Producer, Writer, Director, Editor, and Assistant Director with seven years of experience in feature-length, short, documentary, and commercial films with major studios, in addition to developing a personal production company used for producing and advertising creative content using scripts, shorts, pitch decks, and more, across multiple social-media platforms. Collin began his career working for an oil operations company in California as a field engineer after receiving a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering. After a few years, his passion for film inspired him to leave his oilfield career and join the film industry as a Producer, Writer and Director. Since then, he has spent the last several years practicing his craft by creating Boru Productions and creating award-winning shorts, such as Finding Happy and The Bounty.

In addition to Writing and Directing, Collin has practiced various roles on film sets and has become skilled as a 1st Assistant Director, stemming from years of management experience at Baker Hughes and from learning under Terence Donnelly, a veteran 1st AD and Producer.

Collin is Professionally Certified in Avid Media Composer.
