About Charnell
Charnell Collins Beel is the author of CHARLOTTE AND LOUISE, TO BE LOVED. She is a 4th generation Tampa native, and an elementary school teacher with a BA degree in Elementary Education from the University of South Florida. Charnell is a former model and dancer for the Tampa Bay Rowdies soccer team. She is married with one grown daughter and resides in the Tampa Bay area.
