Hello, I am wondering, if any of you guys know any good (and ideally free or cheap) programs that I as a Director can use to do the blocking and shotlists for my scenes. I know, celtx has an option for a storyboard and similar in their premium version, but I wasn't a fan of it during my trial period. Thanks for any help or advice!

Photoshop or even something like powerpoint is an option if you are really looking to do a rough sketch.

An app I have used that works well is Shot Designer. It's free, but you can upgrade to a paid version. Works on Android and IOS.

Thank you all for your comments and advice! I agree that you should be fluid and be able to make choices on the spot. It's how I usually do it, but I also want to have a very rough version to visualize my idea to other people. I will look into StudioBinder and Shot Designer. Thanks again!
