About Harmon

My professional background is being a finance / corporate / entertainment lawyer. I have provided production, distribution and finance legal counsel and been an "executive producer" on more than 20 motion pictures including the cult-classic Dog Soldiers, and along with John Aglialoro, I produced a trilogy of movies based on the Ayn Rand novel titled "Atlas Shrugged". I, along with J. James Manera & John Aglialoro, received a "screenplay by" credit on Atlas Shrugged III: Who is John Galt?

In 2013, I organized a Kickstarter campaign that raised more than $445,000, which was nearly $200,000 more than the campaign's goal, to promote and market Atlas Shrugged: Who is John Galt?

In 2015, I was part of the team that invented CinemaCloudWorks, a revolutionary technology for planning, booking, settling and marketing theatrical motion pictures, and iScreeningRoom, a highly secure online movie testing technology.

I attended high school in Santa Ynez, California. In 1979, I postponed my first year of college to serve as the State President of the California Future Farmers of America (FFA) and was part of a contingent of FFA Leaders who met with President Carter. In 1980, I attended the University of California, Davis, where I was active in student government including serving four consecutive years as the Chair of the Dean’s Student Advisory Committee and serving as the Vice-Chair of the Student Body President’s Council for the University of California. In 1984, I was the Student Speaker for the UC Davis Commencement where I received a BS in Agricultural and Managerial Economics. In 1987, I received my law degree from the University of Southern California.
