My interest in theater/singing was severely aroused when I was a part of the production of Les Miserable on Østre Gasværk Teater back in 1992. In 1998 I started on Frederikssund Gymnasium where I graduated with a degree in linguistic and music. Additionally I attended drama classes on the school and was a part of all the revues and theater productions.
Immediately after graduating, I started to attend singing lessons with Bente Zaber. Two years in a row I was a part of a talent competition called “unge sangere i Ikast” in which I was nominated for an Ulrich S. award one year.
Since 2003, I have been singing professionally as a church singer at two different churches, Ølsted and Kregme. One year later I did a solo performance with pianist Simon Joel.
In 2005 I was singing at an event with the release of the movie Phantom of the Opera in a movie theater (Kosmorama) in Frederiksværk. Additionally I joined the dilettante-club known as Ambition where I was a part of the ensemble in their production of Walking down Broadway. Since then I have been in quite a number of musicals, operettas and operas in various associations.
I got my first leading role in 2011 in Helikons productions of Amlet written by Lars Oluf Larsen and Chrsitian Dahlberg. I portrayed Sigrid, betrothed to Amlet.
My next leading role was as Caroline Mathilde in the production of Hofskandalen, since then I have participated in a TV-commercial, short films and a music video.
In 2012 I attended Skuespillerakademiet (Acting-academy) by Troells Toya, and have participated in various advanced courses on this academy since
