With more than 17 years Entertainment and Marketing Experience, working with various Fortune 500 clients and Film and TV Studios, Diego made a name for himself in the cut-throat world of Advertising, winning prestigious awards as Cannes, Clios and Emmy's.
In 2005 he leaves the world of Advertising and becomes the Head of Content and Marketing for Panamax Latin America where he developed and produced movies like "La Mujer de mi Hermano" and "Salvando al Soldado Perez."
In 2015 he partners up with Alex García and together they create the TV Division for AG Studios, producing shows like "Señor Avila" for HBO Latin America and "Dios Inc" for Cinemax. In 2017 he joins Grunberg and Savage and together they rebrand Bandwagon.
Cantu is a member of the PGA Diversity Fellowship and a member of the Pacific Council on International Policy, his scripts have been showcased on the Blacklist and he has won numerous screenplay competitions including TIFF and Morbido Film Fest.
