I was 7 when I first saw The Wizard of Oz. I knew from that moment forth that I was going to be in the entertainment industry in some way, shape, or form.
Little did I know that my very first screenplay, Searching for Sheida, (co-written with Anne Cattaruzza, adapted from her novel of the same name) would win the Kairos Prize for Best Uplifting Screenplay at the Movie Guide Awards in Los Angeles.
I thrive in faith-based and family-friendly genres.
I edited a second screenplay, Mia's Child, written by Anne Cattaruzza, which won Best Feature Screenplay at the Lonely Wolf 2022 International Film Festival London. Furthermore, The Kairos PrizeĀ®, sponsored by The Timothy Plan and MovieguideĀ® announced the top 10 semi-finalists for their 2022-2023 competition, which included Mia's Child.
Born in Montreal and now living in British Columbia, I have gone from working as an actress to a professional singer/songwriter. These are endeavors I still greatly enjoy, but screenwriting and editing screenplays have become my newfound passion.
Do what you love, love what you do.
Unique traits: Passionate, team player, visionary.
