Yemaya would often have dreams about being drawn to a mysterious, lake for answers to a dilemma in which difficult choices had to be made, and of a female spirit that frequented her dreams. Wanting to be accepted by her narcissistic father, she shared the encounter that quickly became interpreted by him to be the practice of witchcraft, leaving her to feel deeply abandoned in her thoughts, especially once she had revealed how spirituality could possibly protect and guide her back to a more beneficial knowledge of truth.  

 She learned at a very young age, through divine intervention, the only means to survival must be, sparked from within as you must refuse to take your journey along the path of least resistance, so not to compromise your self-worth. She stepped outside her comfort zone to take a different path, sometimes being pushed to the limits, and was one of the lucky ones, like the strongest of a fertilized seed set in motion, she won that race and prepared her spirit for the next stage, she was that one in a million, to have swam the upper stream, and sparked life, aka the divine power within.
