Attended Awesomecon in Washington DC last week, and while getting an autograph from Sean Astin- he recognized me from the episode of Veep that aired a few weeks ago and was able to repeat exactly what Hugh Laurie said to me in the scene! How bizarre!
Filmed an episode of HBO's Veep last week

Bookstore and one of our steady customers recently discovered my ties to the film and tv industry. He has recently published another in his series of history books, this one on the life of Eva Braun, using several hundred previously unpublished private photos to which he acquired the rights. He approached me to try to find someone who might be interested in making a Ken Burns style documentary, and possibly even a feature film based on his book. Is anyone out there interested in pursuing this further?
Ron and Lesa, I will happily relay your messages to Blaine, I will probably be seeing him in the store this weekend, he's in almost daily browsing the new history releases.
Lesa, I saw Blaine tonight and he said that while there are indeed 800 of her photos in the book, he has a hundred or more others that didn't make it in, which he also has, so yes it seems there is certainly plenty to work with.
Wow guys, I'm really behind - Please forgive. Yes, I would love to get in touch with the author and other interested parties. cheers lesa leebabb@gmail.com
In the final 2 weeks now of Romeo and Juliet
