I moved to LA in 2011 with $90 to my name and a suitcase full of Burning Man clothes, without a clue as to who I was or even wanted to be, or a shred of doubt that I would find myself and my path. A decade later, the challenges I’ve faced along the way are now etched in my face, and in my heart, no less... And while the memories have faded of who I once was, I am most certainly sure that I am not a ghost of my past. I’m a teller of stories with intersecting genres, cultures, histories and realities. My characters are as real and as gut-wrenchingly honest as I am about my own life experience.
