Producer/Writer/Director Tony Bracy is an award-winning writer, producer, director, actor, and Founder/Executive Director of Brace Yourself, Inc., a 501(c)(3) media arts organization dedicated to creating stories that “touch the soul and uplift the spirit” through film, education, and community engagement.
With more than two decades of experience in independent film, television, and socially conscious storytelling, Bracy has built a career developing emotionally grounded stories that blend faith, redemption, humor, romance, and social relevance with universal emotional appeal.
His 20 producing credits include the award-winning feature film Sugar Beach, the Lifetime television film Pastor Brown as Co-Producer, as well as socially impactful independent projects including Affected: The AIDS Project, Holy Fit, Family Reunion, and Reflections: A Story of Redemption.
As an actor, Bracy has appeared in projects including Kings of L.A., Gritty, Good Grief, and the Lifetime television movie A Dangerous Defense.
Bracy is also the creator and writer behind several original intellectual properties currently in development, including Love Is Where You Find It, Cooking4Luv, Trials of Faith: The Dark Years, and Isaac & Jacob. His storytelling is rooted in emotionally charged narratives with global resonance, delivered through a clear emotional voice that balances entertainment, authenticity, healing, and hope.
His memoir, Trials of Faith: How I Lost My Front Row Seat in Heaven but Still Made It Through the Gates, inspired educational workbooks, prison outreach initiatives, and the dramatic television adaptation Trials of Faith: The Dark Years, further expanding his mission of using storytelling as a tool for transformation and community impact.
