Keshia Kola is a television and feature writer specializing in Comedy and Sci-Fi. Her coolest accomplishments include curating , an online reference site that features urban slang synonyms and the forthcoming web series game #WordBattle.
She is an alumni member of Lena Waithe’s Hillman Grad writer’s program, Writers Assistant Network, Roadmap Writers and has studied screenwriting through Script Anatomy and LA Film School. She’s also taken sketch and improv classes at UCB and Groundlings in Los Angeles.
Born in Cincinnati raised in Atlanta, she began her entertainment journey working at local television stations, WKRC-12 and WB. Then went on to independent films, 48 film festivals, music videos and person projects.
