Dark Eyes excerpt
This is a Russian "steampunk" fairytale titled "Dark Eyes." Young Anatole Ivanovich leaves home at age 11 to train with his Dedooshka (Grandfather) to be a cosmonaut. Little does he realize the deranged old man has far bigger plans for the boy.
