Simin Luo (Chinese: 罗思敏), born 1980) is a Chinese fashion designer who graduated from the French Fashion Institute Esmod International. She is renouned for designing dresses for royalty, celebrities and the high end fashion industry

Awarded the Gold Needle award in France and the 2018 Innovation Award in the UAE for her technology fashion design. Later, in Autumn/Winter 2019, she launched her first technology ready-to-wear collection in Shen zhen showcasing a collection of luminous womens’ and mens’ clothing, lingerie, handbags, shoes, home textiles, party & dance accessories and pet clothing.The luminous designs passed CE, FCC and ROHS certification and all designs carry copyright.
