Nikki Terpilowski

I am the owner of Holloway Literary. I represent novelists and negotiate book-to-film deals for my clients. I represent women's fiction, contemporary and historical romance, mystery, thrillers and suspense, YA and non-fiction. Also character-driven, grounded, commercial fiction with light elements of sci-fi or fantasy.

I represent all types of works, however, I am particularly interested in female protagonists, southern voices, southern settings, African-American pov's that go beyond racism and oppression, history surrounding the Revolutionary and Civil Wars, and non-fiction related to the military (history, memoir, self-help), culinary, lifestyle, alternative lifestyles like homesteading, minimalism, off-the-grid, etc., "new age" subjects like creative visualization, manifestation, yoga, meditation, etc. and hidden histories.

Particularly interested in novelists who also write screenplays and screenwriters who have adapted their works into novels.

Currently hoping to find small-town romance, rom-com and holiday romance, beach reads/book club fiction and four-quadrant YA (action/adventure/mystery) in both novel and or screenplay form.
