Aviva Peltin

Aviva fell in love with writing when she wrote her first short story in first grade about a horse and her human baby (biology clearly wasn't her forte). She channels the oy veys of life into her screenplays, writing female characters navigating unorthodox paths. Aviva aspires to give audience members the hope they need to carry on, just as film has done for her.

Her scripts have placed in contests, such as ScreenCraft Comedy, the ScreenCraft Fellowship, Zoetrope, Unique Voices, TSL, and LAUNCH.
