Luisa Rubinstein is presently working as a PR and interpreter (Italian/English) for Contact in the Desert.
In May 2021, she finished an internship in Story Development at MPii (Motion Picture Industry Institute.)
In June 2020, she received an Occupational Skills certificate in Writing for Film, Television, and Radio from Pasadena City College, and she obtained a Certificate of Achievement in Journalism in December 2020.
Besides having worked at the English Writing Center, LAC, Computer and Speech center at PCC, she has also been working as an Italian Voice Over talent for Transperfect from 2011 to 2019. In the past, she mostly worked as an Italian teacher in various elementary schools around Los Angeles, and as a tour guide in and out of state. Prior to that, she taught Italian at Community College of Southern Nevada (CCSN) in Las Vegas, where she also performed as ‘Pepper’ in the ‘Ba Da Bing!’ Show.
She has a bachelor’s degree in Foreign Languages and Literatures (English major, French minor) which after U.S. evaluation equals to a master’s degree in Foreign Languages and Literatures.
