Screenwriter and author. I worked as a model and commercial actress in Europe, Australia, and America. That experience led to my fiction novel about young models living in Europe, Growing Up Beautiful, which in turn lead to the sequel, The Beauty of a Chance. My work as a life coach inspired me to write Karma High, a screenplay that explores the pressure young adults face to succeed in a world where talent may not win out over hype.
My latest project, The Wine Merchant, is a true story about a WW2 Danish resistance fighter. It tells the story of a man who craved worldly adventures, made lifelong friends, loved deeply and joined the Danish underground during the war to 'do the right thing' for his fellow citizens and European neighbors.
The theme of the script has always resonated with me: People who are friends remain friends in times of war...even if their country’s leaders demand otherwise.
