About Me:
I am a passionate and visionary filmmaker with a focus on creating high-quality, 1-hour drama TV series with global appeal. With a background in advertising, I honed my craft by mastering the art of visual storytelling in 30-second narratives, earning multiple awards for my creative work. Today, under the mentorship of Oscar nominated South African filmmaker Angus Gibson, I am channeling that experience into the world of long-form storytelling, developing projects that resonate deeply with audiences worldwide.
Currently, I am spearheading four TV projects, including Birthmark, a gripping historical drama set in Apartheid-era South Africa. This series explores themes of identity, resilience, and social justice through compelling characters and powerful storytelling. My other projects span diverse genres and share a common goal: delivering thought-provoking entertainment that captivates international audiences.
WHAT I BRING:
Proven ability to develop and execute ambitious creative visions.
Experience in directing and writing across multiple formats.
A track record of collaborating with top-tier talent and professionals in my region.
Deep understanding of crafting stories that appeal to streaming platforms and global markets.
WHAT I'M LOOKING FOR:
Producers with a passion for 1-hour drama series who can help bring these projects to life and expand their potential reach.
A-list talent or their representatives interested in attaching themselves to stories with substance and international significance.
Collaborators who share a commitment to elevating the craft of filmmaking and bringing untold stories to the world stage.
WHY CONNECT WITH ME:
I am here to network with like-minded creatives, learn from industry leaders, and get things done. My commitment is to producing shows that not only entertain but also leave a lasting impact. Whether you are a producer, an agent, or a fellow storyteller, I would love to discuss how we can create something extraordinary together.
Unique traits: I can roll my tongue, and my dreams usually come true.
