Paul Bracegirdle

I'm a longstanding professional creative writer and multi-disciplinary artist with experience in 3D and VFX software. I recently finished a certificate program in executive production to enhance my business skills and reputation in the entertainment industry.

The author of four novels and two children's books for publishers such as Penguin, Simon & Schuster, and HarperCollins, I'm now developing IP for animated television for youth and adults alike. I'm also working on an animated short as a proof of concept, and writing a contemporary young adult horror novel, all the while making art to stay sane & happy.

With my Executive Production in Creative Industries at McGill now complete, I'm even more obsessed with contributing to popular contemporary culture in a powerful way. I have experience in digital content creation, music production, and even traditional techniques such as drawing, painting, and sculpture.

But it's with my original high-concept writing that I most hope to impress, with contemporary themes that shine a light on a murky future. My work is informed by careful market research and ignited by a lifetime of artistic exploration. I'm now equally leveraging my hard-earned 3D nerd skills in order to get recognized; and arrive at the centre of a groundbreaking project for diverse & inclusive audiences, to be released for best effect on existing & emerging formats.
