Joel is a Pushcart Prize-nominated fiction writer and the screenwriter of The Obituary Artist and Santa vs. Krissy Kringle, based out of Los Angeles. He has a BA and MA in English and creative writing from Binghamton University, with fiction in several national literary magazines. He has been a quarter-finalist in NBC's Writers on the Verge and also in ScreenCraft's Screenwriting Competition. Joel lives and writes in the South Bay.
