Francesco Renna

My name is Francesco Renna, I am Italian and I am about to graduate from the master's degree course in media studies in the field of Cinema, Television and multimedia production. During these years in the university environment, I had the opportunity to meet very different people and environments, each of them gave me experiences, bad and positive, which in some way made me grow and understand the world of entertainment. Having grown up in a poor provincial environment, the decision to study in a city in Tuscany was a satisfying opportunity for me to receive stimuli and fundamental knowledge. It was also the first step to understand the logic of work, both within amateur environments among friends and professional environments with highly capable people. My experience abroad in the Nouvelle Acquitaine region of southern France was also key to understanding an increasingly dynamic and global world that is currently in the midst of a social revolution. Subsequently I decided to follow the master's degree in Rome, and this period of time that I lived in a large city, the fundamental hub of the Italian entertainment industry, was the final opportunity to finally come into contact with some of the best industry professionals. In fact, in parallel with my university career, I followed my personal path as an actor within the world of theatre, and Rome was certainly the ideal environment to learn from the inside the mechanisms of theatrical, cinematographic and museum performances. But having reached this point, and after a long period of retirement due to external factors and concentration on my studies, after a year spent in Paris and Germany for my studies, I have a great desire to be able to go back to work and to acquire more and more. This is because I feel that I still have a lot to learn and I am willing to get involved immediately to improve more and more and to best serve my availability in the world of work.
