I'm a screenwriter fresh out of film school who exclusively writes gory, horrific, nightmare-inducing screenplays with only a few exceptions. But who's complaining? No one... because they're too busy throwing up. As much as I love exploring the many ways a person could brutally die/injure themselves, my work always acts as a social commentary and includes a female lead who is often a POC.
