About Sharyn

Hi Everyone! I am a retired grandma who returned to school last year to study writing/screenwriting/journalism. I'm on the school paper, have a blog on Word Press, and am completing my first screenplay under the watchful eye of the best professor I know! Going back to school at the age of 60 has been quite a challenge, but I'm finding it fun, rewarding, and a great way to stay active. Writing has been my life-long obsession: had my first piece (a short poem) published at age 12. I am currently maintaining a 4.0 GPA and juggling school, home, hubby and 5 grandchildren that I adore. My hobby: fishing and more fishing! Hope to make new friends through this site and more! Ciao!
