Alex Gwyther is a writer and actor based in London.
His poetical prose weaves down-to-earth tales of life in Britain and his unique delivery and “tumbling urbane style” has seen his work tour the UK and staged in New York, Alaska and Belgium.
He has written five plays and has been hired as a ghost writer for a feature film for a US Production Company.
He has been specially commissioned to write for a number of organisations, businesses and charities including: BBC Radio 2, The Premier League, Mastercard, Transitions Global, The Southbank Centre, The National Theatre's Deck, The Book People and Hilton Hotels.
His work has been featured on BBC Radio 2, XFM and has toured the UK, the USA and parts of Europe. He has been published by Bloomsbury.
Alex has a number of projects in development for stage and screen and is represented by Giles Smart at United Agents and Lucy Holloway and Garth Hall at Shack Artists
