The difference between a Production Assistant and Assistant Producer is that one of them does their job without being told what to do.

You want to know what it's like being a producer? Imagine having a puzzle, but you don't know how many pieces are in the box, and there's no picture on the pieces. And if you're not fast enough, the pieces disappear. Some disappear regardless and others are from another box and don't fit. And no matter what you do, wether the pieces. fit or not, you're paying someone to put it all together. That's what being a producer is like.
