First up, our friends over at StudioBinder recently shared a great video about what makes a great cinematic villain. Specifically, they explore 3 villain archetypes as illustrated by the films of Christopher Nolan, Paul Thomas Anderson, and David Fincher. You will see examples from The Dark Knight, There Will Be Blood, Se7en, and more. 

Next up, the folks at The Writers Guild Foundation share tips on how to book (and nail) meetings. As part of WGFestival 2021, TV Writer Christina Walker (Arrow, October Faction) talks about how to pitch yourself, preparation, meeting etiquette, and follow up techniques.
