Hi, Stage 32 Community!

Almost ten years ago, I decided that I would bring international film production to my hometown of Pécs, Hungary. This is where I was born, and after my family moved to Australia when I was young, I decided to come back to live in Hungary, work as a filmmaker, and help build a vibrant production community here.

Hungary is the second largest film production hub in Europe after the UK. Films such as DUNE and BLADE RUNNER 2049 were all filmed here. I decided that I would build a film community here in Pécs as it would be a huge industry for our town of skilled people with big dreams.

So after many years of making TV shows and commercials, we finally shot our first feature film in Pécs last year! It was an amazing experience and now the crew is really hungry for more, so I am planning to shoot more movies and TV series here next year. For that to happen I need more skilled people here who are trained at a professional level. I need local people to get the needed education themselves. And that's where Stage 32 Certification comes in as the perfect solution.

Pécs, Hungary is the 5th largest city in Hungary and an artistic bastion of creative potential. It is located on the slopes of the Mecsek mountains, close to Croatia, where Game Of Thrones was filmed.
