Happy New Year, Creative Army!

I hope you all had a restful, meaningful holiday season and are stepping into this new year feeling energized, inspired, and ready to create. Whether you spent the last couple of weeks reflecting, recharging, or quietly plotting your next move, today is your starting line.

As many of you know, every New Year’s Day, we use the Stage 32 Blog to pause, reset, and look ahead together. This tradition isn’t about resolutions that fade by February. It’s about intention, clarity, and community.

So let’s start with the big questions.

  • What do you want to accomplish this year?
  • What stories are you determined to tell?
  • What skills do you want to strengthen or finally learn?
  • What fears are you ready to face head-on?
  • What habits or strategies are you committing to that will move your career forward?

No goal is too big. No step is too small. Everything is welcome here.

Let’s also take this a step further and continue something I love seeing unfold every year: sharing resources with one another.

What helped you grow last year?

  • Did you read a book that shifted your mindset or sharpened your craft?
  • Discover a piece of software that made your workflow cleaner or more efficient?
  • Find an app, tool, or practice that helped you creatively, mentally, or spiritually?
  • Take a class, attend an event, or have a conversation that changed your perspective?

Share it. You never know who might be waiting for exactly that recommendation.

And I want to speak directly to those of you who tend to stay quiet.

If you’re an introvert, if you feel like you’re “not ready yet,” or if you’re thinking you don’t have anything valuable to contribute, this is your invitation to rewrite that story. You do have something to offer. Your experience, your questions, your journey, and your insights matter here.

Stage 32 exists because collaboration beats isolation every time. This community is built on generosity, honesty, encouragement, and showing up for one another, even when it feels uncomfortable.

Success doesn’t happen by accident. It happens when we put ourselves in positions to win consistently, intentionally, and with support.

There’s no better day to do that than the very first day of a brand-new year.

So let’s share. Let’s support. Let’s challenge ourselves and each other. And let’s make this year one where progress feels real and momentum feels earned.

I can’t wait to read what you’re aiming for and what you’re bringing with you into this next chapter.
