Happy Friday, Creative Army!

As we kick off 2026, I want to take a moment to reflect on one of the highlights of our season—the Stage 32 Holiday Party, hosted in partnership with our longtime friends and collaborators at Tunnel.

On Thursday, December 11th, we gathered at Intercrew in Los Angeles for what truly felt like the season’s most anticipated holiday celebration. It was an unforgettable evening filled with red carpet moments, cocktails, laughter, and genuine connection, all wrapped in that unmistakable Stage 32 magic.

What made the night so special wasn’t just the setting or the celebration; it was the people. Being able to celebrate the year in person with so many Stage 32 members, executives, educators, creatives, and partners was incredibly meaningful. These are the individuals who help shape Stage 32 into what it is today: a global platform rooted in collaboration, generosity, and a shared love of storytelling.

Throughout the night, we toasted the achievements of the past year, reflected on how far we have come together, and shared conversations about what to look forward to—and prepare for—as we head into 2026. New relationships were formed, existing ones were strengthened, and the room buzzed with ideas, optimism, and creative energy.

Every day on Stage 32, we have the privilege of connecting with talented creators from every corner of the world. But there is something uniquely powerful about being face to face—about sharing a room, a conversation, and a few hours of presence with one another. For one night, we pulled everything that makes the Stage 32 community so special out of the digital space and into the real world, and it was a joy to witness.
