Happy Oscar Sunday Creative Army!

Get your coffee ready, because we are about to dive into some white-hot content that will amp you up before the big show tonight.

As you have likely seen, The Hollywood Reporter hosts some amazing filmmaker roundtables. This week, our first piece of content is a Writer's Roundtable featuring 2020 Best Adapted Screenplay Oscar-nominees Taika Waititi (Jojo Rabbit) and Anthony McCarten (The Two Popes). Taika and Anthony are joined by fellow screenwriters Lorene Scafaria (Hustlers), Destin Daniel Cretton (Just Mercy), Charles Randolph (Bombshell), and Kasi Lemmons (Harriet). Take a beat and watch this candid conversation between some of Hollywood's top writers.

Our next piece of content features another 2020 Oscar-nominee, Adam Driver (Marriage Story, Star Wars, Girls). Prior to his notable acting career, Adam was a proud Marine. In his TED talk, Adam talks about his journey from a life in the military to life in entertainment. In the video, Adam echoes many of the points made in a Stage 32 blog posted earlier this week - 5 Advantages Veteran Screenwriters have Over Civilian Screenwriters. Whether a civilian or military yourself, I'm sure you will learn a lot from Adam's insightful and inspirational TED talk.

Here at Stage 32, we love to share stories and knowledge with our fellow film fans. Know someone who would love this content? Share it with them! Tag them below! You can keep up with all of our content by subscribing to the Stage 32 YouTube.

Have an amazing and inspirational Oscars night, and don't forget to submit your votes in the 8th Annual Stage 32 Oscars Contest!

Cheers,

RB
