Stage 32 Certification Is A Game Changer For Costa Rica!

Stage 32 Certification has been a game changer for me as a producer.

The program has been a great experience and an opportunity for me to better understand the film industry in many important ways. The courses have given me a greater insight as to how the film industry works from the ground up and have helped develop my knowledge and skills to better compete as a producer.

Each course is taught by a professional from the industry who shares insights into how things really work. One of the most memorable aspects of my certification journey on Stage 32 has been the educational resources it offers. Through webinars, classes, and Q&A sessions hosted by industry veterans, I've had the privilege of learning from the best in the business.

The platform is perfect for freelancers and people who are working at the same time they are taking the courses. I’ve been able to take the courses in a way that fits my schedule and that was very helpful. The fact that I could take the courses between meetings, shoots, casting sessions, pre-production on projects, and while managing my personal life itself has been amazing for me. Not every learning platform has that flexibility with the user. That is key for making a freelancer able to study, otherwise it would be impossible for me. But, instead, all things were possible.

Also, regardless of your background, expertise, or geographical location, Stage 32 makes you feel welcome and they really are keen to make you feel like a part of the team. I genuinely felt an interest from the professionals that are teaching you to collaborate with you and to explain and the Stage 32 team is always there to help when you need it. Stage 32 really wants to help shape better professionals in the industry all around the world.

I am grateful for the role that Stage 32 has played in giving me knowledge, from basic guidance on how many people may be involved in a large production to teaching me about production tax incentives, legal contracts, basic budgeting, and even how to make a breakdown so I can execute a good production. Having a better understanding of how everything works makes you a master of your talents and that only can be shaped by education and learning directly from people that have more experience. I’m very happy that I was able to utilize Stage 32 Certification for my professional development and my career growth. Education gives you tools to defend yourself in an industry that can be hard and tough sometimes.

I am filled with gratitude for the opportunities and the relationships it has helped me cultivate. It's a reminder that in an industry often characterized by competition, there are still places where collaboration and community rules.

I now feel confident that I can handle my projects better. I'm also now able to sit in a negotiation with a different perspective that makes me provide a better service to my clients and also gives me tools to negotiate and cover myself in a lot of aspects.
