Aaron Marcus thank you for your generous share! I could relate to your momentary paranoia about doing something wrong which is why the director wants to keep re-taking. It's a helpful reminder to recognise that we tend to fear the worst and imagine others are thinking the worst and (usually) this is incorrect. It's not even about us. Also made me feel relieved to hear what you said about filtering, So important for our psychological resilience as an actor -n fact as a human going through life- not give our power away to others to define who we are. Whilst of course mining any constructive feedback for the gold.

Thank you for your wise comments, Alexandra. I find that although many of my quick tip videos are based in acting, much of the information I share is much more universal. That is why I was once hired by a big architectural firm in Washington, D.C. to give a workshop for their employees. I used techniques to help people connect better with each other and for the sales people to be better when pitching the company to clients. Thank you again.
