Apparently, the B-52s created Rock Lobster… and I created Job Lobster.
So this happened…
I was doing a quick search for #Brentango on Google and stumbled across something completely surreal — a job listing on a site called jobilize.com that references one of my songs, "The Lobster Drives a Buick." No, I didn’t post it there. No, I’m not offering seafood-based employment. Yes, it’s real. And yes, I’m still laughing.
Apparently, The Lobster Drives a Buick now has career aspirations.
To honor this moment, I created a totally fake job flyer for the crustacean in question. Because sometimes, life gives you lemons... and a lobster with a driver’s license.
Let this be a reminder that once you put your work out into the world, it can end up anywhere — even in the classified ads.
