I need help. I need to know how long the hiring process usually takes. Or what the steps are at least when you apply to jobs at studios either via their websites. I've applied to several jobs this week and up to about two weeks ago, and I have only heard back from one. Which I applied to 7 days ago. Is there a general rule that I'm missing? I suppose I just want to have a reasonable expectation as to when I should start worrying that I haven't heard anything by.
