Anything Goes : Is it normal to receive your coverage notes later than 2 weeks when using Stage 32's Script Services? by Mohammed Isa

I'm asking because the first time I paid for the service, I received the notes within 1 week, which is surprisingly fast. But I paid for the same service 3 other times since then and I've yet to receive any feedback (it's been over 20 days for some of them). Should I still be waiting to receive feedback? Is there an average waiting time that exceeds the approx. 2 weeks the site mentions? Is it possible I won't get feedback at all? I'm just asking. Any help would be appreciated.
